Shanghai Disney Resort, in collaboration with the Shanghai Huju Opera Theater, is celebrating the season of autumn with Duffy Month and a special Mid-Autumn Festival event that will be infused with notable Shanghai flavors.
“Enjoy the Moon with Duffy and Friends” show will take place from September 15th through September 17th and the final day of the event will include a special performance by a young actress from the famed theater who will perform the Duffy Month theme song, “Let’s Get Together,” in the Shanghai dialect, uniquely blended with traditional Huju rhythms, according to Shine.
The celebrations continue for in grand style on September 29th as the resort celebrates the third anniversary of LinaBell.
Additionally, this year will be the first time that Shanghai Disneyland will put on he “Howl-o-ween” festival in the Zootopia themed area, the first and only land inspired by a Walt Disney Animation Studios movie, where guests can “transform” into different species and participate in themed activities.
The Halloween season won’t stop there as the famous Halloween Spook-tacular will run from October 25th to October 26th and then from October 31st to November 2nd with additional party zones and extended days to provide fans a great way to dress up and celebrate Halloween.
